Seemingly sturdy, straps not super comfy, would make some changes
Used for one two-week trip so far. Bag seems to be made of strong materials and zippers. The side buckles help keep everything tight and safe. The straps are not particularly comfortable on the shoulders, especially when wearing a tank top and rubbing skin. Would have appreciated better materials there and a cross-chest buckle for wearing heavier weights for long amounts of time, like while traveling on subways. Would have liked a loop on the backside to attach another buckle/loop/etc. Also on the front of the shoulder straps for clipping things while walking around. The laptop sleeve needs to be re-thought. It’s a true pain in airport security. You need to unbuckle and unzip half the bag which can mess up a tightly-packed situation to get the laptop out. I think it should be a separate zippered slot between the outside and main compartments that also includes a tablet slot. You could just unbuckle the top two side buckles, unzip that compartment, and get devices in/out. Also the laptop slot should stop like an inch before the bottom of the bag, so the side of the laptop isn’t slamming against the ground. The 4 zippers could be able to be lined up for a lock (but under the buckles you can barely see where zippers are when their tucked in, it’s all pretty secure w/o a lock, it’s well-made in that regard). Beverage holders on the sides would have been great, seems there would be room with the straps fully extended. I ended up putting bag in carryon area every flight anyway. Never went under-seat. I write all that because I really do like the bag. It looks great. I’m sure I will get many good uses out of it. Just some thoughts for some quality-of-life improvements in the future.

Beautiful
Fantastic item, very happy with it. This is our 3rd CabinZero 28l as we love them so much, but the colour of this one is just amazing.
