Thank you for purchasing our products. At CabinZero, we have been committed to creating, designing and manufacturing high-quality travel bags since 2012. When you join our community, we ensure that our warranty program will get you covered as we always put your satisfaction first.
To request a warranty claim, you will need to fill in the Warranty Claim Form and submit it to our Customer Service team for evaluation.
Your product is guaranteed for 10 years (25 years if you follow us on social media) from the date of purchase exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material under the conditions described in this policy.
The warranty claim will be processed if you can provide us with all exact information related to the product into the CabinZero Repair Form. If we do not have enough information, we are unable to process your claim.
The warranty policy is only applicable with proof of purchase from our website and Authorized CABINZERO Dealer and extends only to the original end user of the product.
Please note that it is not always possible to conduct a repair. In such cases, we will offer a replacement of the product or parts of the product that can be attached to it.
If CabinZero, at our discretion, acknowledges that the product has manufacturing defects, we will either repair or replace the defective parts of the product.
We do not cover products that have lost their functionality, such as damages that occur naturally due to normal usage, especially wear and tear and some cases as above. Over time, moving parts will break down, and fabrics may deteriorate and fade. Though we select the highest quality materials for the application, all materials will degrade over time because of usage and exposure to the environment.
If CABINZERO determines that your product has exceeded its lifetime and cannot be eligible to cover, we will contact you to discuss some options that we can offer.
The term "lifetime" refers to the product's lifespan. This does not refer to our lifespan or purchaser’s, but rather the components, textiles, and materials. The product's lifetime is determined by how much use it receives and how well it is preserved for, not by its age.
The end of "product life" is determined by several factors:
Fabric: 90% of CABINZERO bag items are made of fabric. We may determine that the fabric has reached the end of its "product life" if it has become discolored, damaged, de-laminated, or deteriorated.
If major parts (such as a handle, shoulder straps, buckle, or zipper) fail after years of use, we may consider the product to have completed its life cycle.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
Please submit the Warranty Claim Form as soon as you’re aware of the issue. Our Customer Service team will be happy to advise on the best course of action.
You will receive an email response within 24 hours with a confirmation number and detailed shipping instructions. Please be sure to check your Spam folder as well if you haven’t received the email.
things to note before making your claim
If the product with manufacturing defects is under our warranty coverage, we will offer a replacement of the product or parts of the product that can be attached to it.
For items that are still in production, we will have them replaced with the same model.
For items that are no longer in production, our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss some alternative options as below:
• A replacement in the same product category
• Exchange your item for something new in-store
• A gift card for the current value
Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered under this warranty policy.
Each product is only limited to one time warranty coverage.
Damage not covered under this warranty policy may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Please note that:
• You must have your product shipped to us for repair within 30 days after submitting your Repair Form.
• Please keep your product nice and clean before sending it to us. If we receive a product which is covered in stains, we are unable to accept it for repair, and we will have to return it back to you.
• Please do not wash your product in the washing machine.
• It usually takes a month to repair a product or ship the replacement parts back to you.
